Founding B10 in New York City and expanding to Dallas and global markets, he has driven value creation through strategic portfolio management, fund optimization, and operational excellence. Nathan’s expertise spans board governance, transaction advisory, financial and asset due diligence, corporate finance, risk mitigation, entity formation, contract structuring, and deal execution. He has deep experience in the renewable energy sector, including the development and structuring of innovative clean energy solutions, and has supported multiple intellectual property processes to enhance portfolio value in high-growth sectors. With proven strategic acumen, Nathan excels in navigating complex M&A, capital infusions, and turnarounds, leveraging financial and operational due diligence to revitalize distressed assets and portfolio partnerships for optimal returns. His leadership is grounded in a Bachelor’s in Business Marketing and Management from Texas Tech University, where he played football for the Red Raiders blending financial rigor with hands-on strategic vision.
